Exciting opportunity to learn the business from an established agency with 20+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have an appreciation for photography, an entrepreneurial spirit, and an eagerness to learn about the industry. Possess the ability to independently research and maintain comprehensive database of new business opportunities/prospective clients. Some daily tasks include; Consistently marketing to clients, building visual presentations on behalf of the artist, estimating and invoicing jobs, making and maintaining sales outreach and light production. Managing contact lists and imagery for marketing promotion both printed and digital, website maintenance, managing social media channels and sales meetings. Strong inter-personal and communication skills is a plus, along with a positive attitude!

-Requires minimum of 3 years experience in the creative and/or advertising industry (with focus on photography, a plus). College graduate with BA or BS

-An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for photography and the social community, an outgoing and confident personality. 

-Experience in marketing and sales with stellar multi-tasking and organizational skill a plus.

-Efficient with Mac programs, Word/Excel, Adobe Photoshop/Bridge and all social media tools and platforms.

-Compensation will consist of base salary with commission structure that rewards hard work and results.

We are a successful, expanding talent agency looking for responsible and motivated interns with a positive attitude who are eager to acquire skills that are important to the marketing/sales sector of the photographic & fashion industry. Interns will be working directly with our Creative Marketing Director, Marketing/Sales Coordinator, Agents & our roster of artists.

Tasks for the position may include: market research for clients & prospects, maintaining artist pipelines in our CRM system, organizing promotional material, preparing for portfolio reviews and trips, assisting with social media statistics & google analytics and other marketing-related tasks. Administrative tasks include: updating google docs and creating general organizational documents for the office, drafting & responding to emails, answering the phones. Also, there may be some assistance with production, including: castings, scouting, and invoicing for photo shoots.

This is a great opportunity to acquire valuable professional skills through hands- on experience and familiarization with the business side of the commercial photography industry in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Requirements:

-Strong interest in data organization & CRM systems

-Interest in the photo & fashion industry

-Ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail

-Excellent people and phone skills

-Basic knowledge of Google docs and Microsoft Excel (Adobe Creative Suite a plus)

-Ability to follow direction and work independently

These positions require a minimum two-day commitment per week and are unpaid; however, compensation for travel and a daily meal allowance are provided as well as school credit and a professional letter of reference. Experience in fashion, advertising and editorial is preferred, though not necessary.
