We are a successful, expanding talent agency looking for responsible and motivated interns with a positive attitude who are eager to acquire skills that are important to the marketing/sales sector of the photographic & fashion industry. Interns will be working directly with our Creative Marketing Director, Marketing/Sales Coordinator, Agents & our roster of artists.
Tasks for the position may include: market research for clients & prospects, maintaining artist pipelines in our CRM system, organizing promotional material, preparing for portfolio reviews and trips, assisting with social media statistics & google analytics and other marketing-related tasks. Administrative tasks include: updating google docs and creating general organizational documents for the office, drafting & responding to emails, answering the phones. Also, there may be some assistance with production, including: castings, scouting, and invoicing for photo shoots.
This is a great opportunity to acquire valuable professional skills through hands- on experience and familiarization with the business side of the commercial photography industry in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
Requirements:
-Strong interest in data organization & CRM systems
-Interest in the photo & fashion industry
-Ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail
-Excellent people and phone skills
-Basic knowledge of Google docs and Microsoft Excel (Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
-Ability to follow direction and work independently
These positions require a minimum two-day commitment per week and are unpaid; however, compensation for travel and a daily meal allowance are provided as well as school credit and a professional letter of reference. Experience in fashion, advertising and editorial is preferred, though not necessary.
